1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://wanderlustescapes.com or by booking any travel service with Wanderlust Escapes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Wanderlust Escapes is a licensed travel agency providing travel planning, tour packages, resort bookings, and activity coordination services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

All pricing displayed is indicative and based on currency rates and supplier pricing at the time of display. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing upon booking.

3. Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Wanderlust Escapes and the required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@wanderlustescapes.com. The following schedule applies:

More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.

15–30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost is non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost is non-refundable.

Wanderlust Escapes reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to force majeure events, unsafe conditions, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical expenses, cancellation, personal liability, and loss of belongings. Wanderlust Escapes is not responsible for any losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

6. Health and Fitness

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they are in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the activities booked. Wanderlust Escapes reserves the right to exclude any participant from an activity if, in the judgment of the guide, participation would endanger that person or others.

7. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain all required documentation, visas, and health clearances for their destination. Wanderlust Escapes provides general guidance only and accepts no liability for denied entry or other consequences arising from incomplete documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wanderlust Escapes acts as an agent for third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any act, omission, default, or negligence of third-party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderlust Escapes's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant booking.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Wanderlust Escapes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose; to transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; or to interfere with the security or integrity of the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

12. Amendments

Wanderlust Escapes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
